Who we serve

Built around the question each buyer asks

FESTIVAL ORGANISERS "Can you handle 10 000 people and the SAPS risk process?" Gate and perimeter control, crowd management, VIP areas and live cleaning, with a seat in your VOC. Plan a festival → STADIUM AND VENUE OPERATORS "Will your stewards show up trained, briefed and on time?" Stewarding, access control and traffic for match days and concerts, briefed on site before the gates open. Staff a match day → CORPORATE AND BRAND EVENTS "Can your team look the part next to our guests?" Suited protection officers for launches, hospitality and dignitaries. Discreet, briefed on your guest list. Protect a launch → MUNICIPAL AND PROCUREMENT "Are you compliant, insured and CSD-registered?" PSIRA, CSD, B-BBEE and liability cover in one downloadable profile, ready for your tender file. Get the tender pack →

The ZENOSC difference

Security and cleaning. One contract. One radio channel.

Most organisers juggle two contractors who have never met. Ours share one supervisor, one briefing and one channel, so a spill near a gate or a blocked exit route gets handled by the nearest team, not passed between companies.

How we plan

Every gate, route and role planned before the doors open

Our method follows the Safety at Sports and Recreational Events Act and SANS 10366. Any event with a capacity of 2 000 or more is categorised by SAPS as low, medium or high risk, and medium- and high-risk events need a Venue Operations Centre. We sit on your planning committee and in that centre.

  1. 01Risk assessmentCrowd size and profile, venue layout, alcohol, VIPs and the SAPS risk category.
  2. 02Deployment planOfficers, stewards, cleaners and supervisors placed gate by gate, with chains of command written down.
  3. 03On the daySite briefing before gates open, radio control, and our supervisor in the VOC with SAPS, medical and the venue.
  4. 04Debrief and reportA written post-event report within five working days: incidents, ingress and egress times, and what to change next time.
