How we look after your information
ZENOSC Projects & Security Solutions (trading as ZENOSC Security and Cleaning Services, "ZENOSC", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Last updated: [month 2026].
Who is responsible
ZENOSC is the responsible party. Registration number: [CIPC reg. no.]. Information Officer: [name], reachable at info@zenoscsecurity.co.za or 010 300 5702. Office 002, Elephant House, 117 Commissioner Street, Johannesburg, 2000.
What we collect and why
Quote and armed-response enquiries
Your name, organisation, email, phone number, event or property details. We use these only to prepare a proposal, check cover and contact you about your enquiry.
Job applications
Your name, phone number, the role you are applying for, your PSIRA grade, the area you live in and your availability. We use these to assess your application and contact you about shifts. We never ask for ID copies or certificates through the website or WhatsApp; if you are shortlisted, we send you a secure link for those documents.
Company profile requests
Your name and work email, used to send you the profile and, if you ask, to follow up.
We collect only what we need, with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on each form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with ZENOSC staff who need it, our email and website host in South Africa (xneelo), and authorities where the law requires it, for example PSIRA or SAPS in connection with an event's safety planning.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to three years after our last contact for record-keeping. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted after twelve months unless you ask us to keep you on file.
How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Form submissions are delivered to our office mailbox and are not stored in a website database. Access to our mailboxes is limited to authorised staff.
Your rights

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not load third-party analytics, fonts or scripts. Your browser may store your quote-builder answers for the current visit only (session storage) so you do not have to re-enter them; this is cleared when you close the tab.
