Service. Honour. Excellence.

Our people are chosen for the job, trained for it and promoted from within

• Selected to fit. We choose staff to suit a culture that puts the client's security first, and we give preference to people from the communities where we work.
• Trained and disciplined. Officers and protection staff are trained to follow strict rules and to carry out their duties in a disciplined manner, with team building and skills development as part of the job.
• Promoted first. Existing staff are offered promotion before we hire from outside. Leaders come up through the ranks.
• Growing steadily. New clients across business and private sectors tell us the approach matches what the market needs.
